Who are we?
PourfectCraft Mobile Bar Services was dreamed up and born as a way to showcase Carla and Tiago's combined love of hospitality, mixology, and creativity!
Tiago Serrao
Tiago is Portuguese with a rich international background, having lived 9 years in London, 2 years in Anguilla, and 4 years in California. He has extensive experience in luxury hospitality and mixology, having worked at renowned establishments like the Ritz London and Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton Park Lane. One of his notable achievements includes creating a cocktail for Queen Elizabeth herself (google Lilibet cocktail!). Currently, Tiago is the general manager at Izzy's on the Peninsula in California.
Carla Serrao
Carla has an extensive background in luxury hotels having worked at various Four Seasons Hotels locations, including The Biltmore, Silicon Valley, and Washington, D.C. With a passion for creating memorable experiences and a sharp eye for detail, she excels in the craft of hospitality. Her world travels expand her vision and Carla never misses an opportunity to grab the magic from a moment, store it, and then share it with others.
